Vision of PNOE
PNOE was created a deep need for a mental health space combining
scientific knowledge, human presence, and genuine care. The vision was to create a safe, warm, and accessible environment where
every individual—regardless of age or difficulty—feels heard, respected, and
supported with consistency and empathy. Psychotherapy here is not seen as "fixing problems," but as a process of
connection, understanding, and personal growth.
